Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Fluentime subscriptions and services. It supplements our Terms of Use and forms part of the contractual relationship between you and Fluentime.

2. Digital Services and Immediate Performance

Fluentime is a digital service. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully provided or, in the case of subscriptions, once access to the service has been activated.

3. Website Purchases (via Paddle)

Purchases made through the Fluentime website are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax handling, and payment processing.

Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at support@fluentime.io.

Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period. Refunds are not provided for renewal charges.

4. App Store Purchases (via Apple)

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Mac App Store are processed and managed by Apple. Refunds for App Store purchases are governed exclusively by Apple's refund policies. Fluentime does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

5. Cancellation and No Partial Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are provided for unused portions of any billing period, whether monthly or annual.
